What is a Project, how does the PM of Altimedia manage the project?

Nowadays, many people are planning and carrying out projects in their social or personal daily life. The word Project is already used quite often in our daily life. For example, the -10Kg weight loss project, organizational culture improvement project, etc. have become our everyday terms in a wide variety of ways, rather than in a specific category.
Unlike in the past, the term project is generally widely used, raising the awareness of the role of project manager (PM). The project is challenging, enterprising, and has a strange characteristic that is sometimes reminiscent of overtime and stress, while it gives the impression of a new start.
A project requires a lot of passion and effort to achieve the required goal in a given period, and the resulting sense of achievement and joy can be taken as a reward. Of course, starting a new project can be burdensome and stressful, but when the project is finished well, you will feel sorry for it with great satisfaction. Due to the nature of the project, I think it is like a labor pain that must be experienced because all of this is done as a process.
So, how does Altimedia PM manage the project?
Numerous management elements to be performed in the name of management are as follows. (Project management framework and project management knowledge - scope, schedule, cost, quality, manpower, communication, risk, purchasing - and even cultural factors as a PM job group)
Among the management techniques of these management elements, it is judged that the method of managing the predictive (Water-fall) method and the adaptive (Agile) method is taken.
To briefly mention the difference between these two methods, predictive(Water-fall) is a universal and sequential method that analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and then terminates, and adaptive (Agile) analyzes/designs/develops/tests a small scope. It is a method of dragging a project while turning a cycle in the form of repeating. Based on the ease of acceptance of additional/change requirements, the water-fall is a difficult structure to reflect new requirements as it goes beyond the design stage after the requirement analysis is completed. In contrast, Agile is a method that starts with the overall requirements initially collected and can accommodate the requirements at any time.
Altimedia PM manages the above two in a well fused form. Although there may be delays due to unreasonable schedule presentation and additional/change requirements from clients, it is the role and homework of the PM to find the cause and find a solution. As part of these efforts, when faced with a new project every time, as a PM, how do I become a good PM and a good PM? The answer I got while asking the question is, Let's become a learning PM.
Learning type is obtained through learning and mastering as it is, and I think it is the most effective approach. Whenever you start a new project, you will lead a successful project with the most powerful tool that can produce consistent results through learning and learning experiences.
When any PM is faced with a situation that he or she does not know, we will check exactly what they do not know and deliver the information. It is necessary to give trust to the interested parties with the answer. However, the point to keep in mind here is that you should not accept the answer that you are not familiar with the repetition of the same situation. In order to create a successful product/service, you must work with a continuous learning attitude. It is necessary to learn from customers, keep an eye on the market flow, and learn and utilize PM's original professional skills.
